Account suspended and still being billed months later

Changed bank details a year ago and payment didnt go through, my account was suspended and I am still being billed months later Currently sitting on a 10k account ,despite countless emails and phone calls I have received zero feedback from Rain, their chat bots are useless and create tickets that do not get answered ,I have emailed and called since September without receiving any form of communication back and the account has since then risen higher due to their lack of communication.

Surely one cannot be expected to pay for a service that was suspended? A service you have not received for months on end? Zero statements sent,zero invoices sent ,yet you are silently being billed and billed and billed

Disgusting business practice and a sure scheme to obtain money from people for free.
