Account reactivated without my consent

The worst service ever. I have canceled my sim card which was in my wifes name over a year ago (in December 2020) & the idiots @RAIN just goes & activate the account again & starts debiting me again from December 2021 without my authorization.

Ive been trying to get them to cancel the sim card since February & get refunded but no help what so ever.

A bunch of *********** idiots...
