Rain101 consultant called me within 5mins of lodging my dissatisfaction account query here on Hellopeter and it was instantly resolved. The Consultant who assisted me in resolving the account query was forthcoming with information and she was sincerely apologetic too. Thank you very much

I definitely plan to sign up for a Rain101 in the near future especially if I move to a location that's more friendly to its network connection.
