Account paid up but no service

Am very disappointed in rain and their service. It's been four days now without internet connection and I've made payment. I spoke to four of their agents who keep telling me they will escalate the matter but nothing has been done. Alex, Jack, Jam and Neil they all told me they will send a report to their technical team but still am without internet connection. I get a message that am offline due to an outstanding amount but that's incorrect cause my account is upto date.
