Account paid but suspended
I made a payment on my Rain account but I cannot top data and minutes on my sim cards because Rain says I have an outstanding balance that is due 25 Jan 2024. I have been calling for 2 days and they telling me to hold for 2 minutes but never comes back with a solution.

STOP MISLEADING THE PUBLIC. My account is up to date. My next payment date is 25 January 2024. I do not have access to my services even though my account is up to date. Pity I cant share the screenshot that clearly states my amount due is 25 January only yet your system shows I am in arrears.
