Account paid but still disconnected.!!!!!!

I tried logging into my profile to pay for my account today 26 April 2024, however, when I finally logged in after struggling for some time(rain kept on giving me errors saying my login in details are correct and when I click forgot password, nothing would happen) I see that nothing is showing on my profile, no payment history, the contact support button was nowhere to be found. I had to ask my friend to please log into my account just to make sure that this is not an issue on my side. She managed to login and immediately after that, I receive a WhatsApp from rain with my payment link. I follow the link to make the payment and it went through.

I now try to use the internet but to my surprise, I am still disconnected. I try to call support but there is no option to speak to a consultant. I had to resort to requesting a call pretending I needed to buy something from them just to get a hold of someone who can help me. How ridiculous!!!!

I describe the sales issue to the salesperson and she "transfers" me to support. Hold music played for about 5 minutes and it just went silent, no ringing, no one picking up, absolutely NOTHING!!!!! I stayed on the line for 30 LONG MINUTES with no one on the other end!!!! This is beyond unprofessional and utterly ***********.

As I am typing this, I have made my payment and I still not connected!!!!

Whether this issue gets resolved or not, I don't care at this point. All I want is my refund and cancel my account.
