Account overcharged.

Hi there,I have a very bed experience with Rain,I had a contract with them in 2020 and I had a brake in into my house,their device was ******,up until now I'm still expected to pay the contract even though I don't have tthe device/router.I was willing to pay the remaining amount until my contract expires but it keeps on increasing,as we speak it's R4300 and I'm not using their services.I need help I can't pay this money I'm no more working.Thanks.
