Account Issues. Payments not debited
I have logged about 5 enquiries online and made numerous calls to rain about my account balance as my payments does not reflect on my profile. My account states that my October payment is still due although it has been debited off my account. I need clarification PLEASE as I do not want to be disconnected because you do not acknowledge payment nor do you automatically debit my account! Please have the courtesy of responding as I do not at this stage be forced to move to a new provider.
