Account issues no feedback

For almost a year we have been struggling with our account at Rain, for December two debit orders were taken from my bank account, I have logged a ticked, but no response has been provided yet, really tired of having to struggle every month with my account. Slow internet became a problem as well, very u professional services being received. Really thinking about canceling my Internet service with Rain. On the ticket that I logged I have provided all contact information for myself and my partner but no one has reached out ever since.
