Account in arrears due to system glitch

I have not got help i sent an email to Gary Africa from rain and no solution has been provided for the amount still outstanding from my account due to the system glitch from rain making them not deduct the money in March.

Im now offline cannot access internet im going back to school i don't know how am i going to attend my classes. I've sent an email to Gary Africa instead of coming with a solution to my query im being sent a history of payment of which i don't understand why cause im complaining of the amount in my account that needs to be waved off.
