Account error
I have been complaining that rain are ******* and they will not correct their error they will not sent me the ombudsman information on this Plat form they gershwin the manager stated they updated the account and repaired the arreas amount to 11 when we go on to the account the arreas is 16 and because I wanted to get done with them the ptp is incorrect I really need the account ombudsman number for rain

I spoke to the manager of your department gershwin the amount that you gave on this platform is conflicting with the account amount the because he said he will credit back Feb because service was not used but I just checked the invoice the amount was never removed the amount that needs to be paid is 1135 but the amount is higher everytime you say the account is corrected but then it's not ... I tried calling twice this morning everytime a consultant needs to answer the call drops
