Account deducted twice
On 25.11.2022 an amount of R499 was deducted from my bank account and again the following day 26.11.2022 another R499 was deducted. I called customer service and the lady assisting me didn't understand half of what I was telling her. Its been 8 days and no one has contacted me about my money(ref ***)
