Account deactivation *****

I have been cancelling my subscription with rain for the past two month, however they keep on reactivating it and billing my account on the last day of each month.

I cannot even use the SIM card since it’s inactive (can’t get connection even on their approved areas). I laid multiple complaints but I have only been speaking to rude consultants who are not interested in assisting with an immediate cancellation.

I cannot be paying for a service that is not being provided. Rain is a ****
