Account closure
I have been asking these people to cancel my account but NO they do as they please, they go and debit on my account everyday for the account that i requested to closed about 4.mo ths now. The bill is piling up everyday and i am.not even using their services. Sent them emails but no one bothers to come to me. Sent on their app as well, they dont bother. I am now looking at taking up the matter with the telecommunications Ombudsman. Will never recommend them to anyone.
