Account canceled without communication

So Rain canceled my account without informing me or telling me why they cancelled. I just got off the call with on of their agents and he said I requested the cancelation on the 9th whereas no cancelation was requested and no email confirmation of the cancelation was sent, they just decided to cancel my account around 10am after money was deducted. I am so disappointed 😞 and annoyed. Now I'm being told there's no way to reinstate my account, I have to open a new one
