account billing and support being useless

rain is the most useless company ever with the most unskilled accounts and supports people if I could give a rating of -1 I would and been waiting for a refund since 2022 July and I have stopped using their service ever since and I'm still being billed for 5G usage and can't use a network provider that cant faction when load shedding goes.
