Abysmal service from Rain

I am appalled at the service received from Rain. I asked to cancel my subscription in June and to date, it's not happened. The email address is Invalid. The number on the website was not answered when I called. Abysmal service. I want the stupid sim card cancelled and my June-August premiums refunded
