Abysmal Service
I have been trying for two weeks to Rica and Rain just fails me. I am unable to do it online so they sent someone to do it and he turned back at the gate.
Their call centre agents always say they are helping then drop the phone on you,
Such abysmal service for a 1st time user is shocking.
They did not hesitate, however, to take my money and they refuse to refund it.
