abysmal RAIN network & coverage.....

I have been a customer with Rain for over a year now. I never had any issues with Rain until March of this year. My download speed was barely 1mbps.... I sent a complaint to Rain about it and i was told that the area where i reside is not covered... fine i accepted it... not even twice weeks after that i could not get more than 200kbps... i sent a complaint yet again and this time nobody responded whatsoever.... i bought a R2000 wireless router, to think it would help with the download speed but to no avail.... 2 days ago i contacted RAIN via Facebook... it took them a whole day to actually send a reply... I keep getting the same lame excuses "Kindly note that we have confirmed that you are currently outside coverage, therefore, you will experience connection issues unless the sim is used on a fully covered area".... the customer service is beyond pathetic.... the responses are atrocious... the excuses are beyond shocking....
