****** ABSOULETLY POOR SERVICE

i wanted to give ZERO STARS, but i have to put something. You do not even deserve this 1. Its been two weeks without internet . I spoke to 4 different people on 4 different occasions including the manager SENZO MDLALOSE and up until now I still have no wifi. Whenever I call them they say they will call me back and they don't, they can't even transfer calls. they gave me two different tickets numbers in an effort to delay assisting one on the 28 of September and 2nd 8 October. THEY have VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are quick to debit but slow to respond to their customers.
