Absolutely worst services

I have been with rain for 4 months best reception for the first 2 months now i only get 4.85 mbps on the best day normal speed is 0.84. I have tried to contact support numerous times but no gets back to you i also requested the 5g package for R699 a month in December 2019 no has gotten back me. Customer Service is pathetic they very fast to take your money but you request services no one answers.
