Absolutely useless! The most aggravating service ever!!
I have been a client of Rain Service Provider, and it has been an absolute nightmare. Every month, I struggle to get the service I pay for, as my WiFi is consistently cut off due to their incompetence. Despite paying the WIFI, I'm forced to prove my payments every single month and even then...they still deduct money from my account! Why should I endure this ridiculous admin hassle as a loyal customer? As a developing professional, my work is jeopardized by their failures, costing me opportunities while they continue to take my money. They give me multiple reference numbers with no follow-up, leaving my concerns ignored. If HelloPeter had a zero rating option, I would choose that in a heartbeat! Avoid Rain Service Provider at all costs if you value your money and your sanity.

This situation has become a complete joke! To future potential Rain clients, don't waste your money. They only take and take, while your WiFi remains deactivated 90% of the time, even after you've paid. What’s even more ridiculous is that despite having set up recurring card payments, I still need to prove to them that they've taken my money for the WiFi.
