Absolutely useless, terrible service that hardly worked

Absolutely useless, terrible service that hardly worked. The so called premium package was anything but premium. Handed in my router at a branch was told I cannot cancel in store. Called the call center and they said the account is canceled.... 2 months later and Im still being debited
