Absolutely the worst ISP

Absolutely the worst ISP I have ever had! I had to do this on my cell-phone as I did not have a strong enough signal on my PC to open any web page. I am within a 2km radius of 4 towers, one being 500 meters down the road from me and I never get any better signal than 2mbs, IF the line holds. Constantly drops every 5 minutes. So on contacting them I am told it might be my router, she was a bit old, so I agreed. I upgrade to a new expensive Huawei model at their advice, and NOTHING has changed. Next I tried using it at a family members house in another town, nearest tower is 1.2km away. No signal... Now I am told it is because all the towers are congested. So Rain just keeps selling new contracts with the knowledge they cant handle the traffic. Willem Roos and the rest of the Rain big-guys just lining their pockets. Terrible ISP
