ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND USELESS

I have had numerous problems with rain since day one, first there was the problem of getting the machine delivered then came the problem of getting the sim card activate. But wait there's more, after numerous calls and emails wasting allot of money still nothing has happened. So they decide to swap out the machine and guess what still nothing. i have canceled my subscription and would like to say your customer care is up to **** completely you can't even talk to a supervisor because they work from home. I will never in my life recommend you to anyone in my eyes this is a **** sorry to say. i have wasted enough on you and need my money back asap. AND THIS IS ALSO THE 2ND TIME OF ME COMPLAINING IN A WEEK AT HELLOPETER
