Ok so I know I am connected to the nearest tower and you guys said " due to a high intake of traffic on the tower. " SO tell me how are you guys going to fix the issue of high intake of traffic on the tower I am connected to? You guys do not want to lose another customer do you? Specially when it's your tower or network that are the issue.

Every ****mmm time I place the router on a spot on the roof and then the signal is perfect and then all of a sudden later the day the signal dropped down extremely and then I have to get back on the roof and move it again. This has and is happening every single freaking time. Plus I did not receive the correct speed for the past few days.

My account better be amended for me to pay less than half the money because since the beginning of the month its been ****. Plus you guys say you dont send technicions to where I am situated but with all this issues and trouble, you asses could have just made an exception and organise for someone to come!!!!!!!!
