Absolutely poor service
So I received my Sim card today the 20 July 2020 Rica my Sim card they take R479 from my account and nothing happens signal nothing try to contact them they not operating from office due to covid so what the hell does a person do you send how many messages via their email and reference no after reference no. I would like a refund and Rain can fetch their Sim card if I do not get and answer through this platform I will report the matter to the telecommunications Obudsman. I do not want to deal with unprofessional companies

Do you actually have people that are working? Why can a person not contact you people quick to take money but we unable to contact this GHOST service provider. Let me know if you would like all the other reference numbers that I have logged.
