Absolutely pathetic SLA aggrements

I have been back and fourth about a refund from the 30th September 2021 I bought the 5g router with my home address which the website says Im covered for the device is then delivered 15 days later out of SLA, I setup the device there's no coccention at all I call in they say I must return the router via Ram couriers they will process a refund and u should get 4G instead the router was collected by Ram Couriers on 17th October it's now the 15th November and still its just been back and fourth emails to them speaking to numerous consultants all saying they've escalated the matter further but nothing ever happens I have to keep calling in to find out or emails no one ever returns my calls or emails.

Honesty really disappointed in Rain Internet Service Providers, won't recommend too anyone even though I was happy at first now I've sat almost 2months with no data cause I canceled my previous contract thinking rain would be better...
