Absolutely pathetic Service from Rain

I am a Rain subcriber since Feb 2020. I have had nothing but issues with this service. Little to no internet connection. I eventually decided to move over to fibre. Now my issue is trying to get this service cancelled. 6 weeks later, 8 emails and service call logged, no response from anyone at Rain. Absolutely pathetic service
