Absolutely pathetic service

Absolutely disgusting treatment from Rain. After 5 years our router went and had to get another one.That in itself was difficult. Finally we get our router and the subscription done accordingly. Now the problem is you now want us to pay double for only having 1 subscription. Over 2k!!!!! Even phoning doesn't help, my husband has spoken to rain to say yes sir we have resolved the issue. TODAY YOU NOW HAVE CUT US OFF! Absolutely livid we have been a customer for you for a very long time and this is how we are treated. Please fix asap
