Absolutely pathetic service. Don't use them

I just want to say Rain is lucky that I can't give a 0 star review because I really want to. I am using their 5g service. It all started off great but now all of a sudden their tower is always down and I'm always told it will take technicians 24 hours to get to the problem. Keep in mind that means it's not 24 hours to fix, it's 24 hours to start looking at it. When you call they'll tell you that they can't do anything now as they need to wait for the technician (that I'm convinced doesn't exist) to have a look at the tower. This is ridiculous and I think companies like this should be paying their customers their money back when their towers are down for days on end.

Do not use these people they are just *******
