ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE
********** Service!!! I am waiting now for 4 months regarding the refund of my account. I have logged at least 10 complaints on their support platform and all I receive are reference numbers. You can't do anything with these reference numbers as their telephone lines are down too. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE

I respond to their emails in which they say " If you need any further assistance, please reply to this email to reactivate" - and you would think that they would respond back, guess what - NO THEY WON'T! #***
