Absolutely pathetic, Avoid at All costs. Service and network are terrible

Fix your internet. I cannot stream gaming, cannot even login to codm. Cannot stream and play cannot surf without lag. Cannot watch tiktok without lag or buffering for 3min for 20second video playback.

You said 100 excuses before but still have not resolved my network issues with slow speeds and ******* n unreliable connection. But have excuses lined up which, then have to be shot down before yourll act upon it. Shamitha.gopal @ g mail. Com Before u ask again for the email and waste my precious hours. Rain expects payment @ridiculous prices for a service that is sub par to all other network providers.. Only excuses upon excuses.. Not suitable for any sort of daily use especially business. You will see a profit drop if you use them due to lag and unreliable network speeds. Example. 120mb file just took 1 hour something to download. Absolutely pathetic

Non existent internet connection at R479 a month. A connection that is unreliable and bull****. I've spent over one hour trying to log into a game that uses kb/s, can't even load a web page absolute ****. They also cannot address consumer complaints accurately and timely as this is now the 8th time or so complaining and I'm a long term reviewer. Their network will end up costing you time effort and money. Do not give your money to such a pathetic company that cannot address this serious complain for so long. They have just given excuses after excuses. So why then does my internet randomly shoot up to a decent 1.3mb/s or 1.5mb/s whenever it feels like and then 95% of the other time it's absolutely good for absolutely nothing!!! Shamitha. Ultimatelyy long term review with screenshots and videos of your company is poor and pathetic over 6 years plus. It took about 10mi.just to load this web page as well, something optimized for mobile as well. Imagine trying to use this connection on a pc and Xbox or Playstation it will never work. You will download a 200mb file in 3hours

Yourll keep saying yourll are doing something doing something but have not done a single thing besides delatch the network which doesn't solve or provide a long term solution to anything. It's good for maybe 3 hours then it's *** again for weeks sometimes before seeing some decent speeds for the best part of 5min and then *** for hours and hours to get a 5min window where it can actually be used.. Ive rebooted the router left of off. Put it back on after a while
Moved the damn thing to where I know signal is perfect so what the hell. FIX THE INFRASTRUCTURE YOU HAVE!!! AND PROVIDE A CONSTANT RELIABLE CONNECTION NOT THIS ABSOLUTE *******
