Absolutely pathetic!

Rain is out to take your money ruthlessly. I upgraded from 4G to 5G, they cancelled my 4G but the 5G did not work so I called and recieved NO HELP. I called them 6 times and each time no help was provided. They charged me for the 5G even though I had no had internet access once. So I decided to cancel. I cancelled on their website begining of April and await their call, to which I recieved none. I then called them 10 days later. I was told I will still need to pay full price for the month of April even though I have not had internet access for the whole month. The service is absolutely pathetic and I do not reccomend anyone uses them.
