Absolutely no service and apparent no network
Once again, I have to do this because I just do not get any support any other way. I have logged my first call on 13 May and after logging a few times and speaking to customer services, today, 5 June, my problem has still not been solved. I have asked numerous times for them to send out a technician but they just seem to not want to do that!! They keep on telling me they are going to escalate the matter, but nothing happens. I mean how long do one have to wait for any help??? This is getting ridiculous!!

10 Jun 2024, 12:05That is great news but I am not sure if he will be able to get in. My son is at home to assist him but I did not leave a remote for him to open the gate. Can the technician call me to make arrangements?
