Absolutely no customers service

I run a business from home and needed a reliable internet provider as we did not have fiber in the area. The day I planned on joining rain, I was called every 30 min to find out how they can help me to get started. As soon as I payed them and received my sim, it's been a nightmare, I've been sending email and complaining to customers service but til today no one has even tryed to call me or nothing can not have more than 2 devices connected and then there is no network or the speed drops or everything just hangs the speed I was promised I never recieved not even one day. I was told it a month to month plan but was billed for 2 months where the second month I did not even use them. What's the point of paying R480 a month for service that you can not use and still have to buy data in order for the business to run smoothly. I wish I never heard of them. I take it that I'm not even going to get a reply or a call after this..... But I'm done with them
