Absolutely no customer service

I have been having issues with my router for more than a month, I was told last week that a replacement router will be sent to my address and because I am not in the city, and this is only a router and not a replacement sim card this can be delivered to a third party who can accept the parcel with their ID and no further documentation will be required from me. I have been phoning back and forth to CCD couriers and Rain who's escalated this multiple times and promised call backs of which I never received, the driver is out for delivery again and this is still not resolved. I have been sent from pilar to post, and no team leader has gotten back to me, I am now told that it is escalated, and a team leader will phone me and if it is after the courier has attempted delivery and it cannot be delivered the delivery will be rescheduled again. This morning alone two of the agents have dropped the calls on me, and I am currently on hold again for way longer than the two minutes I was asked to hold to speak to a team leader. Once again this person came back on the call pretended to not hear me and dropped the call. I want this resolved today.
