Absolutely horrific dealing with this company

I am utterly disgusted by this company as they have a putrid customer service department, I have tried canceling my subscription since April and to date, not one billing agent has called even though I literally sent 10 emails to them for the past two months. Trash company and I will never ever come back to Rain.
