Absolutely horrible product

Absolutely horrible product. I switched my networks from a fibre line and purchased the rain 101 pro including th extendor at unlimited upload and download speed up to100 mbps. I’ve had it for a week and the the speed is never above 10mbps. The customer service sucks. I keep getting escalated with no one able to fix the problem. Or promises of a technician getting back to me but no one is able to resolve the issue. The network is completely unstable . Paint over 1k for something that does not even work or doe as advertised!
