Absolutely horrible I been battling for more than a week trying to cancel my account and they not contacting me

Absolutely horrible I been battling for more than a week trying to cancel my account and they not contacting me. The signal doesn't work at my address the signal constantly drops away and restarts every three minutes. The support team don't contact you and don't reply to your messages asking for help. Please try Telkom try anybody else but not Rain. They don't care
