Absolutely Disgusting Service

We've had a problem with the connection, right after the so-called free upgrade to 60mbps was announced, and then I was informed, my monthly subscription will rise with R40. I called customer care to complain about my problem and the service was absolutely disgusting. We've asked to speak to a manager or supervisor but were told they don't have a manager or supervisor. Explains why this company is folding.

I have also logged numerous tickets about my problem and just nobody calls back,
