Absolutely disgusting RAIN INTERNET
This my second complaint/rain through hellopeter. They promised someone will get back to me but they never did. I am fed up. The are ******* and absolutely *********** and devious!
I got my sim just before the state of disaster in March. I have never used their service because I could never connect and they were unable to assist me to do so.
Despite many emails etc, they never rep**** but they continue to take my money every month. Now you cannot get hold of them. They keep referring to their support page, which you can never access.
Now they will take my money again at the end of this month. Can anyone suggest what further action I can take. Is there no authority I can complain to.
