Absolutely disgusting network quality
Non existent internet connection at R479 a month. A connection that is unreliable and bull****. I've spent over one hour trying to log into a game that uses kb/s, can't even load a web page absolute ****. They also cannot address consumer complaints accurately and timely as this is now the 8th time or so complaining and I'm a long term reviewer. Their network will end up costing you time effort and money. Do not give your money to such a pathetic company that cannot address this serious complain for so long. They have just given excuses after excuses. So why then does my internet randomly shoot up to a decent 1.3mb/s or 1.5mb/s whenever it feels like and then 95% of the other time it's absolutely good for absolutely nothing!!! Shamitha. Gopal @gmail. Com, Mkondeni is the area. Before u ask dumb **** n waste more of my time. Sort yourlls **** out with the profits you making. Ultimatelyy long term review with screenshots and videos of your company is poor and pathetic over 6 years plus. It took about 10mi.just to load this web page as well, something optimized for mobile as well. Imagine trying to use this connection on a pc and Xbox or Playstation it will never work. You will download a 200mb file in 3hours

Your expect a debit order on time but cannot provide me with a stable connection. Based on my connection and woes with yourll I should pay like R120 a month for yourlls pathetic service when I'm getting 2mb/s and a reliable average of 650kb/s from mtn, telkom, vodacom etc in the same damn place, same device etc

For the past week Alone in the mornings around 6 or just before for a few hours it does not work and then it works great a hour or 2 later for a hour or 2.
Then I'll get a fluctuating ms for a while then it's gone again for a while in the afternoon.
Then when it's back it's fluctuating. Like now after loadshedding the internet has just taken 1 hour to come right without moving the router at all. Like I've said the router has sat in there for years after I tested for a constant performance by monitoring the network n not running a once off speed test

Listen for 2 weeks the towers cannot be acting up. It gives connection for like 1 or 2 hours at a 60ms and then reverts back to fluctuating unstable internet where applications even tell you internet is unstable try again.
The network Never used to be like this in the past when we just got the network etc for a while everything was 100% so why is it always unstable for quite a long time now.
And for 2 weeks it is basically half the time non existent.
1 example it just took 10min to get onto the hellopeter site n access the comments to see for a reply.
2 I will show yourll again with a video what the internet does consistently everyday without fail for atleast 2 or 3 hours at a time before some what normal internet stability is restored for like a hour or 2 at the most.
Please see the link below and the right side of the screen that's the ms everywhere in the house for 2 or 3 hours at a time like 3 or 4 times a day for almost 2 weeks now.. that's not right

In a day the ping can never stay constant for more then a like 3 hours at like the best and the speeds are always slow like really slow, I'll have to 3x or 4x speed up the recording of downloading a 400mb file so it doesn't make it quite a large file to upload.. Even alot of the time a 200mb update or download takes really long too.
That's how bad it's been for prolong periods for a while.. and you have to constantly be moving the router from place to place hoping for it to work and give you back some sort of working connection.
In the absolute best spot here where there was never issues for a really long time it does exactly the samething as mentioned above.

19 May 2023, 12:39Hi I would like to report almost perfect connection over the past 2 days now. No lag on sites loading or you tube. Ping has been averaging 60 but has been able to stay stable for atleast 80% of the time unlike the previous time, especially the last 2 weeks.

The internet is non existent this morning. 10min to login to hello Peter. Tiktok says network is unstable. Twitch cannot stream, ms in Codm cannot login from 5 am and from yesterday the network was giving me a ms of 140 - 180.
I'm tired of being told to reboot the device 100 million times when it resolves nothing.
Note... All the trouble shooting of moving the router, rebooting etc does not work! Something is wrong again!
I have rebooted this device 20 million times n moved it 20 million times the internet is going back to when I 1st wrote this review.
