Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely disgusting. Been struggling with network for the past 2 months. Called numerous times to count. Changed my router for the third time this past Friday the 9th May and still no network till today. Called and kept getting told that my matter was escalated to the Advanced team who never calls you back. I give them Zero stars!!!!!!
