ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE OF THIS PROVIDER!!!!!

If I was able to put minus one in terms of rating, I would. The service from this provider is atrocious. I have been calling them since Friday for assistance and none has been received. On Friday 2 payments were made, and all I have been asking for is assistance to have one payment refunded back. And it is Monday now and still no one has been of assistance. They say that they will mail me documentation and I have received none, they put me hold for long per4iods of time stating they are speaking to a manager. When I call to express my frustration, they hang up the line on me. I would like someone in higher management to contact me and resolve this issue BY TODAY!!!!!! Before I take this further. I would like a response from this company ASAP!
