Absolutely Disgusted by RAIN’s Service and Refund Process
I moved to a new home September only to discover that RAIN has no 5G coverage in my new area. The call-centre agent promptly cancelled my subscription and assured me that a refund for my September premium had been requested. I was told it would take 7–14 working days — yet here we are, over a month later, and still nothing! I’ve made multiple calls, received countless reference numbers, and every time I’m promised feedback that never comes. It’s shocking and unacceptable that a company can so easily take money from consumers and then simply fail to return it. Utterly disgusted — this experience shows that RAIN is just another company that doesn’t value its customers and blatantly ignores accountability.

20 Oct 2025, 09:18That is absolute nonsense. When I switched to RAIN101, the agent clearly informed me that payments are made in advance — meaning I paid in September for September’s usage. This seems to be their standard excuse when it comes to refunds, because the exact same thing happened during my previous switch to RAIN101: I ended up paying double in one month and was told that one service was billed in arrears while the other was billed in advance.
