Absolutely disappointed!

I have been waiting since the 9th of September for Rain to sort out my connectivity issues. On multiple occassions promises were made. On Friday, 17 September, a support agent informed me that my ticket had been escalated to the network support team on the 9th and was escalated to the call team on the 15th and I was promissed that they would reach out to me by end of the 17th. Today is the 20th of September and I still have not heard a word. I am deeply outraged and disappointed! I have been patient and understanding but I am sick and tired of waiting, this is absolutely ridiculous!
