This was the first time in 3 years that I've been with RAIN that I had such a great experience, efficient, would be great if there more more staff at your call centre Like Zondre. The call centre assistant really makes a difference I was about to cancel my service, but Zondre totally distracted me from that , ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT SERVICE.
