Absolutely atrocious service
I have asked rain for a new sim delivery or a sim swap and have emailed them but a month later and I have received no response. I have a sim and would just like to do a swim swap. In the last 3 months a total of R2400.00 has gone of my account and I have received no reply. This is atrocious service and I expected better.
