ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH

They dont even deserve one star. Absolute worst company to deal with. I left the R1 payment of a month back. Ordered again. Paid the R416. At delivery they needed my original id book. License apparently is not acceptable. So I sent the modem back, called them to refund me. The consultant said she would escalate it and I will receive a call back and email confirmation yesterday. Off course, it didnt happen, So I called them again. Consultant told me the same story. When I requested a timeline on when this expected email and refund will happen she put the phone down in my ear. Absolutely disgusting. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! ASAP!!!
